Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash/startups.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management and support deliveries.
• Register sales, review price verifications, and manage pricing signage.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, stock replenishment, and checkout accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments and stockroom.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and local regulations.
