Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close when management is not present; assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register all sales on assigned cash registers, track price verifications, and resolve pricing issues.
