Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including system start-ups and cash handling; ensure floor and stock room are ready for the business day; open back door for deliveries.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers as requested.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance; resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management; assist with vendor orders and return processing; register sales and record scanning errors or price changes.
• Assist in evaluating displays, manage inventory accuracy, price signage, and basic department pricing; monitor compliance with local regulations.
