Job summary

In this role you will collaborate with team members, follow store policies, and participate in training to improve service and efficiency. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles start-ups and cash.
• Completes returns, refunds, and cash handling.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services.
• Maintains accurate pricing and signage.
• Records sales and cash handling accuracy at registers.
• Assists with deliveries and backdoor access for vendors.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and safety guidelines.
