Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-ups.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Support pricing, signage, and promotions to ensure accurate in-store displays.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state laws regarding regulated products.
