Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise selection, and process sales at the POS. You will help maintain inventory, support deliveries, and aid the Store Manager with daily operations to ensure a clean, well-organized store.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, stocked store and assist with inventory.
• Support Store Manager with daily activities and store operations.
• Open/close duties when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
