Family Dollar is seeking a part-time store associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and efficiently complete sales transactions. You will help with inventory, replenishment, and store upkeep, and may assist the Store Manager with daily activities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

The role emphasizes customer service, asset protection, and maintaining a positive store image in Georgia. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and checkout.
• Open/close store when management is absent and maintain store conditions.
• Support store operations including inventory, deliveries, and replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and asset protection.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
