LESLIE'S POOLMART INC in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Shift Lead 1 to support store performance, ensure customer service standards, and drive sales and profitability. You will learn best practices to train and develop the team and lead by example.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with placement determined by education, experience, and market data. The role requires lifting 50 lbs, leadership experience, and a commitment to safety and retail excellence.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience leading a team (preferred).
Driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
Retail experience (external) or proven Lead experience (6+ months).
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, profit margins, payroll and expenses.
Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
Ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
Identify new talent to join the team.
Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
Open and close store responsibilities including daily bank deposit.
