Job summary

Leslie's, the leading pool and spa care retailer, seeks a Shift Lead 1 at our Atlanta, GA location to uphold customer service standards and drive sales. You will work with the General Manager on store operations, conduct water analysis and repairs, and help train and develop team members while maintaining a welcoming, well-merchandised environment.

Pay range is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with compensation determined by experience and internal equity; applicants must be 18+, have a high school

Qualifications

• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Maintain store safety protocols and merchandising standards.
• Ability to learn and train others in store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager on store operations, P&L, payroll and controllable expenses.
• Conduct water analyses and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure the team follows safety protocols and maintains a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close store responsibilities, including daily bank deposits.
