Job summary

Leslie's Poolmart Inc is seeking a Shift Lead 2 to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance, with emphasis on teamwork, merchandising, and reliability. Pay is $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Compensation within range is determined by education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and market data.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to participate in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close duties, including bank deposits.
