Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and deliver a great customer experience during the shift. You will engage with customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site to ensure both staff and customers are assisted.

As a Shift Lead you’ll greet customers, guide the team, monitor wash quality and safety, and resolve issues to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to guide team during shifts.

• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure safety.
• Lead the shift and delegate tasks to the team.
