Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot and run the site when management is not on-site. You will lead a fast-paced, outdoor team, ensuring customers have a positive experience and the wash process runs efficiently.

Responsibilities include directing vehicles, maintaining quality, enforcing safety, and coaching crew members to meet Whistle’s standards. Experience leading a team is a plus, and a strong work ethic is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or shift is preferred.
• Physically active and comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and position for a smooth process.
• Prepare vehicles for washing by removing obstacles and checking for loose items.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Enforce safety protocols to protect customers, team members, and equipment.
• Lead the shift team in the absence of Site Leader, delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect vehicles before and after wash to meet quality standards and uphold Sparkle Assurance.
• Identify process improvements to exceed customer expectations.
