Job summary

Greenbridge is seeking a Shift Lead to act as the liaison between the production floor and shift supervision. You will guide teams to safe, clean, and secure facilities while driving Lean improvements and meeting key metrics.

The role requires coaching and developing staff, along with strong communication to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English. Spanish a plus.
• Ability to create and execute projects/plans with decisive prioritization.
• Experience optimizing operational structures to minimize cost per pound.
• Ability to coach and develop team members with feedback and growth opportunities.
• Strong in fast-paced, changing environments with clear communication.
• Able to lead or work as part of a diverse team at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between operations floor and Shift Supervisor.
• Guide production teams to maintain safety, cleanliness, and secure facilities.
• Train new and re-assigned personnel in safe execution of duties.
• Communicate goals and progress to shift personnel and model expected behavior.
• Improve production efficiency to meet safety, quality, speed, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive Lean initiatives and establish performance metrics for the team.
