Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Cell Lead to drive daily operations on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. You will coach and mentor a 25-30 person team, ensure safety and quality, and partner with supervisors to address challenges and optimize workflow.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement. You will lead start-up meetings, track KPIs, manage training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
• Hands‑on experience with assembly tools and troubleshooting in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Coach, and Develop the Team and ensure cross-training.
• Oversee Production Operations for up to 25-30 employees.
• Problem-Solve and Troubleshoot technical challenges on the line.
• Monitor and drive performance metrics like Hour-Hour Boards and SQDC.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and 5S standards across the cell.
