Job summary

Greenbridge is seeking a Production Foreman to supervise daily shop floor operations, coach staff, and ensure manpower coverage. The role emphasizes training, safety, and quality control to sustain efficient production lines.

You will also coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve issues and improve throughput. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of production supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic preventive maintenance; know safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily workforce and scheduling requirements; manage absentee coverage.
• Oversee overall performance measures of the shift.
• Provide on-the-job training to employees.
• Maintain and uphold quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all production activities.
• Evaluate team performance and interact with other departments as needed.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment and quality problems to maximize efficiency.
• Initiate new job start-ups when required.
• Delegate work to subordinates to ensure timely completion.
• Learn the JDE system and become proficient at using it.
• Ensure completed orders are closed out and transferred correctly.
