Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a 2nd shift Lead at our Mishawaka, IN location to provide outstanding customer service and support the General Manager in daily operations. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with compensation contingent on education, experience, and market data.

The role requires greeting customers, processing sales at the POS, maintaining a clean store, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and handling opening/closing duties including bank deposits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
