Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Mishawaka, IN to open/close the store, assist customers, and manage the cash register. You will drive sales, participate in promotions, and ensure the store stays organized while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards and engages customers.
• Receive and place new shipments; reset features and promotions.
• Open and/or close the store; prepare cash bank and nightly deposits; complete shift checklists.
