Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Chillicothe, OH seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes shift management in the absence of senior staff and directs readiness for in-store programs.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; strong communication and RSS certification are required, with ASE and Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• ASE Certification is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases; manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store and communicate Zipline messages.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and adhere to posted work schedules; perform opening/closing duties.
