Job summary

Leslie's in Tomball, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in daily store operations to ensure the location runs smoothly. This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to lead a small team. You will greet customers, complete sales transactions using the POS system, maintain a clean, well merchandised store, assist with merchandising and inventory control, and perform open/close duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
