Job summary

Leslie's in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and support the General Manager in daily store operations.

You'll greet customers, process sales at the POS, maintain a clean, well-merchandised environment, assist with merchandising and inventory, and cover open/close duties including bank deposits. Must be 18+, HS diploma, valid driver's license, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
