Qualifications

• Experience leading a team (preferred).

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Retail experience (1+ year) or lead experience with testing.
• Willingness to complete required training within two months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, and expenses.
• Conducted water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure team follows all safety protocols.
• Identify new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open/close responsibilities including daily bank deposits.
