Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to satisfaction.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Registers all related sales, reviews order exceptions, and assists with logistics and displays.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments and stockrooms; supports pricing and signage accuracy.
• Assists with pharmacy out window as requested and ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Performs basic bookkeeping, cash counts, and bill payments as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance and supports repairs as required by management.
• Ensures proper product separation and stock rotation; upholds FIFO in consumables.
