Competenze

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

• Compliance with state/local laws for regulated products.

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Handle returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and give change at registers.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Manage store keys, assist with vendor deliveries, and monitor pricing and signage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization; assist with displays and resets.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and basic maintenance as needed.
