Job summary

You will greet customers, process returns, refunds, and register transactions, supervise merchandising, assist with deliveries, pricing, inventory, and keep the store clean and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, handling systems start-up and cash.
• Process returns, void orders, refunds, and manage cash drops and change for registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management as needed.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Register sales accurately; record scanning errors, price checks, and voids.
• Assist with pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance tasks.
• Bookkeeping tasks: cash reports, counts, ledgers, and bill payments.
• Keep store clean, orderly, and ready for business; coordinate repairs as requested.
• Assist with product placement, stock rotation, and FIFO.
