• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team.
• Assist with and coach others on warehouse and vendor ordering processes.
• Register sales on the cash register, including handling price verifications and voids.
• Assist with displays, pricing, and signage consistent with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and inventory organization in departments and stockroom.
• Support with pricing tasks and refunds as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and condition; assist with repairs as requested by management.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
