• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures cash handling readiness.
• Registers sales and handles returns, refunds, and voids with accuracy.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience and assists customers with products and services.
• Engages customers, greets them, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, price changes, and signage to support pricing and compliance.
