Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling, start-ups, and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Maintains store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Checks and counts cash, supervises store processes, and supports back-office tasks as needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies, proper signage, and local regulations.
