LS Solutions is seeking a Department Lead for a retail store role. You will oversee daily department operations, especially when the department manager is absent, and manage inventory, quality, and organization.

You will supervise staff, implement sales strategies, assist with scheduling, labor and payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 0–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with retail systems and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily department operations in-store, especially in the absence of the department manager.
• Manage inventory, ensure product quality and freshness.
• Supervise staff to complete stocking and production tasks and maintain a clean, organized department.
• Execute sales strategies and support scheduling, labor and payroll management.
• Participate in meetings, train and provide performance feedback, and set goals for team members.
