Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and knowledge of retail operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory ordering, merchandising, and storage to minimize loss and ensure product freshness.
• Oversee receiving processes, verify order quality, quantity, and condition.
• Lead a team in stocking, production, and quality control, including handling spoiled/damaged products.
• Maintain product knowledge, promotional features, and store sales programs.
• Support labor control, including payroll management and weekly schedules.
• Assist in staffing, training, performance management, and career development of associates.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe department environment and compliance with food safety policies.
• Perform cycle counts, date checks, and uphold cleanliness standards.
