Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates leadership, strategic planning, and business acumen.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems; suggestive selling preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order, monitor, and control inventory to ensure product freshness, quality, and minimize loss.
• Validate received shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Manage a team to complete stocking, production, and quality tasks, including date-sensitive rotation and handling damaged products.
• Maintain familiarity with all store products, sales, and promotional features.
• Implement company plans, communicate priorities, and support scheduling, labor control, and payroll management.
• Assist in staffing, training, performance management, and development of associates.
• Participate in meetings and uphold store appearance, safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.
• Assist with other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
