Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to handle cash, pricing, and store opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and assist with products and services.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and back-door access as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and basic department displays.
• Support bookkeeping, cash reports, and store maintenance tasks as requested.
