Job summary

You will assist with customer service, returns, pricing, inventory, deliveries, and basic bookkeeping, while modeling a friendly, proactive service approach to create a distinctive Walgreens experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Record and communicate sales activity, cash handling and pricing changes, and assist with backroom and inventory tasks.
• Assist with displays, pricing accuracy, stock rotation, and warehouse/vendor deliveries as required.
