Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, assist with products/services, resolve issues and answer questions.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, displays, and basic bookkeeping as needed.
