Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Parker, CO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

You will train new team members, monitor cash handling policies, perform opening/closing duties, operate the POS, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced plaza environment with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate the POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or issues.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
