Job summary

Pizza Hut in Oakdale, LA seeks a motivated Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in daily operations.

You’ll help ensure top quality food and service, supervise team members during assigned shifts, and contribute to a safe, customer-focused environment while promoting a culture of accountability. This developmental role offers exposure to scheduling, training, and reporting responsibilities that prepare you for future store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment, preferably with “team lead” experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager and supervise associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor service equipment and daily operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Train and motivate fellow associates.
• Assist with labor scheduling, product projections and store financials with manager approval.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
• Adhere to company policies and support a positive team environment.
