Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager with responsibility and management of all associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor service equipment and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Train and motivate fellow associates.
• Anticipating customer needs and addressing customer concerns.
• Assist with labor scheduling and product projections/financials for the store with manager approval.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through attitude and example.
