Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead who has strong communication and leadership skills to assist the management team. The role supports front of house and back of house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing costs and labor, hosting events, enforcing recipes and procedures, and upholding core values of passion, partnership, integrity and fun with a purpose. Positions offer weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising staff in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Ability to manage labor costs and ensure consistency in service.

Responsabilités

• Maintain projected costs and labor during shifts.
• Hands on supervision of the restaurant and staff.
• Host promotions and events to drive engagement.
• Ensure staff follow recipes and procedures.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Control guest flow and monitor ticket times.
• Coach employees to maintain food quality and service.
• 100% table visits where applicable.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Uphold culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun.
• Set the pace during peak business hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment with contests and incentives.
