Qualificações

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist management with labor and cost control on shifts.
• Provide hands-on supervision across front and back of house.
• Host promotions and staff engagement activities.
• Ensure recipes and procedures are followed.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Manage guest flow and monitor service times.
• Uphold employment policies and safety standards.
• Coach staff to maintain food and service quality.
• Maintain a fun, safe environment aligned with core values.
• Work during peak hours to set the pace.
• Create incentives and organize contests and theme nights.
