Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to supervise front and back of house operations.

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain projected costs and labor during shifts.
• Provide hands-on supervision of the restaurant.
• Host promotions and Alley Rallies.
• Ensure staff follow recipes and procedures.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Manage guest flow and monitor ticket times.
• Coach employees to maintain food and service consistency.
• Conduct 100% table visits where applicable.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures.
• Uphold culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity and fun.
• Work during peak hours to set the pace.
