Responsibilities

• Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
• "Hands on" supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking as needed
• Hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
• Ensuring staff follow recipes and procedures
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Managing guest flow and monitoring ticket times
• Coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service
• Maintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, fun with purpose
• Working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
