Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking a Shift Leader in Delaware, OH to oversee operations and drive customer service excellence. You will show hands-on leadership, supervise staff, and ensure safe food handling while maintaining cleanliness and speed of service across all shifts.

The role requires at least 6 months in a supervisory position, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. Salary is hourly, with opportunities to grow within the team and support opening/closing

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.
