Responsibilities

• Manage costs within budgeted levels, including labor, cash handling, and inventory.
• Oversee shift transitions and cash register setup for smooth operations.
• Supervise and direct team members, maintain clear communication, focus on customer service.
• Train new and existing team members and complete shift management reports and documentation.
• Post sales readings and conduct shift-awareness walkthroughs to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to provide a safe working environment.
