Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that procedures are followed.
• Uphold standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service.
• Manage costs within budgeted levels including labor and supplies.
• Oversee shift changes and cash register setup.
• Train new and existing team members on stations and procedures.
• Complete required shift management administrative tasks and reports.
• Post sales readings and conduct shift awareness walk-throughs.
• Enforce safety and security procedures.
