Job summary

guernseysonic is seeking a team member to perform, lead, and supervise basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

The position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week with irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. You will move and stock food up to 50 pounds and participate in ongoing training and shift meetings, while applying strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general restaurant or retail operations.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with company policies and operational standards.
• Clean and sanitize duties and prep areas.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
