Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead station duties and supervise daily operations (fountain & frozen, dresser, front/back areas, grill, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Lead shift meetings and ensure attendance and operations run smoothly.
