SONIC Drive-In in Kansas is seeking a dedicated crew member to perform, lead, and supervise basic restaurant operations to deliver quality products and guest service. You will help train teammates, ensure fast service, and uphold sanitation standards across stations, including drive-thru where applicable.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multi-tasking, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Ensure team works to capacity and meets speed of service standards.
• Coach and train crew members on tasks.
• Comply with company policies and standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Report customer or employee complaints to management.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Move and stock food up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance.
