Job summary

Sonic Drive-In seeks a shift supervisor to perform, lead, and supervise essential operational duties, delivering consistent quality products and friendly service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role oversees station duties across fountain, grill, expeditor, and drive-thru areas as applicable.

You will assist with new employee orientation and training, ensure compliance with company policies, uphold sanitation standards, and lead shift meetings.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge required.
• Basic math and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and perform station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru etc.) as assigned to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties and ensure sanitation compliance.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
