Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, lead team members, and ensure quality products and service for guests.

Responsibilities include leading shift duties across stations, onboarding new staff, enforcing policies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring regular attendance. Strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties across all areas (fountain & frozen, dresser, front counter, grill, expeditor, food prep, drive-thru).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Lead regular cleaning and sanitation duties and maintain hygiene standards.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
