Job summary

Taco Bell in Surprise, AZ is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to drive performance during busy shifts, coach a diverse team, and uphold Taco Bell’s standards. You will execute the MIC routine, monitor food safety and quality, resolve guest concerns, and partner with the GM on training, scheduling, and labor initiatives. Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC routine and prioritizing customer needs.
Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive customer relations.
Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
Assist GM in screening Team Member candidates.
Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor management.
Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
