• 2 years as a lead sorter.
• Expert on running the line.
• Can operate the Harris Baler.
• Skid Steer Operator.

Responsibilities

• Direct recycling center staff to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Oversee inventory control, quality control, and staffing.
• Provide direction to Sorters and operations staff.
• Perform daily equipment and inventory inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and reduce downtime through training.
